Envision is currently seeking a full-time CRNA to join Morton Plant Hospital. Our fast-paced and collaborative team manages a wide variety of cases. Leadership supports an excellent work-life balance. New graduates are welcome!

-INCREASED COMPENSATION PACKAGE
-Weekly 40-hour guarantee with a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 36 hr schedule.
-$75k sign on bonus
-Diverse mix of cases including Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, Neuro, Spine, Plastics, Eyes, Endo, EP, IR, OB
-No Peds/Trauma/Transplants
-12 hour shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
-Optional ability to pick up additional shifts during the week at a premium rate
-No weeknight or weekday call
-Care team model with a 1:4 ratio of MDAs to APPs
-Credentialed at all 3 sites with a home base (the majority of the shifts will be worked at Morton Plant)
-APPs perform spinals, epidurals and arterial line insertions
-Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA/DCA, STD/LTD, life insurance, CME, 401k
-100% company paid malpractice with tail coverage

-Main OR: 14,000 case volume
-OB deliveries: 2,200/C-sections 745
-Cardiac OR: 1,500
-21 Main ORs, 5 Cardiac ORs, 5 Endo suites, 3 OB ORs, 3 Electrophysiology suites, 3 IR suites
