Envision Physician Services is seeking a full time, board certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner's for our practice at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Johnston-Willis is a 292-bed facility with a brand new 20 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that opened in February 2021. The new facility provides individual private rooms that allow parents to remain with their babies for the duration of their care.

  • Johnston-Willis Hospital Data:
    • Deliveries – 1,700
    • NICU and Newborn ADC: 20
    • Newborn Admits: 95%
    • 5-6/24 hour shifts per month
  • High frequency ventilation (HFOV and HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia, pediatric surgery
  • No cardiac surgery, except for PDAs; no ECMO
  • On-site pediatric cardiology, with additional support from VCU subspecialists
  • Up to $15K in bonuses

  • Sub-specialty support from cardiology, ophthalmology and neurology; with other sub-specialty support via phone from VCU

Chippenham Hospital is a 466-acute bed hospital with a Level I trauma provisional accreditation. The birth center is designed with spacious labor and delivery and recovery suites, a mother/baby unit with couplet care, advanced equipment, and easy access to the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Johnston-Willis Hospital
