• Compensation guarantee of $225K plus a production bonus of 10%.

• The new physician will become a part of a community-owned, non for profit hospital with a service area population of 115K.
• The physician will work with a team of 12 Providers and 6 advanced providers.
• C Sections not required, but a plus.
• The new physician will be expected to be a team leader for the clinical staff.
