Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Southwestern Illinois

While on assignment, visit Ferne Clyffe State Park, Giant City State Park, or Shawnee National Forest!The locum will interact with our infusion center charge nurse to address any questions regarding labs and treatments. The clinic operates from 8 AM to 4 PM, with the locum also being on call for ONC/HEM consults. The locum will handle cases of acute leukemia and malignant hematology. They will be required to see new patient ONC/HEM referrals. New patients are admitted by a hospitalist, and the locum will be consulted to see these patients in the hospital inpatient setting and initiate transfers if needed.
