Hematology/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Large Hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania

A large hospital is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.Reading, PA, offers a variety of fun activities for everyone. Explore the iconic Reading Pagoda for stunning views and a unique cultural experience. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center provides scenic trails for hiking and nature walks.The schedule for the clinic and hospital is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Call duties, which include nights and weekends, rotate approximately 3-5 days per month. There is a dedicated inpatient team to handle admissions per shift, and the age range of patients is 18-99 years. Credentialing takes 60-90 days, and the EMR system used is EPIC. Applicants must have an active PA license. Call starts at 4 PM, with the fellow taking the first call, and ends at 8 AM. The schedule to be filled is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with days off after call duty.
