Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Martinsville, Virginia

An outpatient cancer center is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.In Martinsville, Virginia, you can enjoy thrilling races at the Martinsville Speedway, explore the fascinating exhibits at the Virginia Museum of Natural History, stroll through the scenic trails of the Smith River Sports Complex, and visit the historic Bassett Train Depot.The clinician must be board-certified in medical oncology in order to be eligible for this position. This will be an outpatient position with very light call. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, seeing 12-15 patients per day, using Aria EMR. You will work alongside one Hem Onc, one APP, RNs, and a full office staff. Willingness to obtain a VA license is required.
