Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Busy Hospital in Bronx, NY

A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.Visit the Bronx Zoo, explore the New York Botanical Garden, and stroll through the Bronx Museum of the Arts.The schedule is 7:00am - 7:00pm. There will be endoscopy only: colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCP, and Bronchoscopies. Coverage is 1:3 and there is OT availability. The facility has 3 rooms. The EMR system is Ipro. Privileging is 90 days on average. The clinician will assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department, and be responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures.
