Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Sioux City, Iowa

A hospital is seeking a cardiac anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.Whether you're looking for relaxation or outdoor adventures during your time-off, Sioux City has it all! Festivals, trails, museums and more!From Monday to Friday, there is a rotation among MDAs (Medical Doctor Anesthesiologists) with one on vacation each week (except for two weeks per year), one post-call, one on call, one working the day shift only, and one serving as the 2nd call each day. On weekends, the call rotation changes: one MDA is on 1st call Saturday and then 2nd call Sunday, while another takes 2nd call Saturday and 1st call Sunday, allowing the other three MDAs the weekend off. Cerner PowerChart is the EMR in use, and cardiac experience is required for cases.
