Your clinical and operational experience will have an immediate impact on developing the foundation and culture of the anesthesia team at our newly established sites as you work effectively with facility, administration, surgeons, procedural specialists and anesthesia.
This role requires Medical Director experience and/or strong leadership, communication and clinical skills to manage the clinical and operational challenges associated with establishing a department.
You will be fully supported by Envision Physician Services operational and transition teams with access to a wide range of healthcare experts from human resources to revenue cycle management.
